Care Bundles Report Set Up

How to display patient name or MRN in care bundle reports?

First decide is you want to view patient by name or MRN number. Assuming you select MRN number, then set up a Text question type.

Scroll down below and turn on the REF function. In the space below, enter the tag “Entity:Sampling”

Once you have set it up this way, all you data will be presented like the table on top.
