Hosting and data residency
SafetyOS is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with data residency in Singapore. If your country has its own data residency requirements, talk to us early and we'll work through them with you.
Protection
All connections to SafetyOS are encrypted, and the platform sits behind a web application firewall that filters malicious traffic before it reaches the application.
Independent scrutiny
SafetyOS has passed security reviews by large healthcare organisations, including detailed vendor security assessments. We're used to answering hard questions.
Integration
SafetyOS integrates with hospital systems through standard REST APIs, and is proven in production with a leading HIS. Integration is scoped with your IT team, not assumed.
Support conversations
Support happens in a dedicated group for each hospital, with our support team and engineers. Patient identifiers are never shared in support conversations.
