How IHH Healthcare grew into SafetyOS, one product at a time

Chapter 1

Hand hygiene, everywhere

Since 2020, IHH hospitals in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Hong Kong have audited hand hygiene on SafetyOS. Results roll up from each hospital to IHH group level, so leadership sees the same measure, collected the same way, across 24 hospitals in four countries.

Chapter 2

IHH Malaysia: from infection prevention to quality

In Malaysia, all 18 IHH hospitals went further. Each runs Pointer for quality: departmental audits and internal quality audit, mapped to the standards they're assessed against. Infection prevention audits such as surgical care bundles and sharps safety run on the same platform, with a dashboard for each hospital.

Chapter 3

New products, hospital by hospital

Gleneagles Penang follows its surgical patients after discharge with SafetyOS remote patient monitoring. Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur manages its operating theatres with Concord.

Why it matters

Each product IHH adds joins the same platform, the same support group and the same way of working, instead of becoming another separate system. That's how a hospital group grows into a safety operating system: one proven product at a time.

Start with one product. Grow into the platform.
