Yes! This is not a free trial. Semmel’s free tools are 100% free. You can collect up a limited number of Opportunities per month and your free access has no time limit. There are some premium features which are accessible under paid plans only.

Semmel’s free tools offer many “lite” versions of select tools featured in our paid products. There are limits to your free Semmel account, which differ by feature.  Go through the the feature table above to see the difference.  Mouse over the tool tip to understand the feature better. 

There are 3 types of Users.

The first user type is the Administrator.  An Administrator have access to all the functions according to the plan that you have subscribed to.   The Administrator will use these functions to configure the mobile application, control access of other users and view reports.

The second type of user is the Auditor (also referred to as Observer).  An Auditor has access only to the mobile app to conduct hand hygiene surveillance.

The third type of user is the Report Viewer.  A Report Viewer have access to all Semmel's reports.

Free accounts comes with 1 Administrator, unlimited Auditors and 1 Report Viewer.

Paid plans, however, has a higher set number of users for each type.

Yes, absolutely!  In addition, within the first 45 days of your first sign up to a free account, you have full access to all the premium features.  If you did not upgrade to a paid plan before the expiry of the 45 days, the available features to you will revert to free plan features. But don't worry, all data collected during the first 45 days will still be available to you.

So, we recommend that you start with a Free Account and try out all the premium features for 45 days.  You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time before the end of 45 days to continue using the premium features.

At the end of the free paid plan trial, you have the option to upgrade.  If you choose not to upgrade, then you remain in the Free plan and access to premium features will stop.  You can upgrade again anytime.

Contracts are for a minimum of 12 months.  We do not offer a monthly plan.

Qualifying collegiate-level or higher academic institutions can receive 50% off list price for Semmel Hand Hygiene product. Qualifying academic institutions include:

• Research institutes that are affiliated with an accredited university.
• Teaching hospitals that are affiliated with an accredited university.
• Nurse training and teaching organisations that are accredited by a statutory government qualifications body.

Proof of accreditation or affiliation may be required when ordering an academic license or subscription. Write to us before placing an order to have our team review your order.

We accept all major credit cards offered by Stripe.  If your account has the necessary credit terms established, you may make payment via wire transfer.  You may incur additional processing fees.
